Dimple grows out his hair [and pupils]

Dimple got a bit of a growth spurt lately, his hair growing out and visible pupils forming in his eyes.
He wasn't sure about what to do with this mass of hair, so he cut a bit from his little cape and used it to tie it back.
"Much better."

...I'm still figuring out what clothes he'll wear with the cape lol.
